By Using Our Site You Accept These Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before using Our Site. These Terms and Conditions, together with any other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use governing your use of this website Harley Street Injectables (“Our Site”). It is recommended that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated 25/09/22. The following changes were made:

Appointments and cancellations

  • All doctors, nurses, and therapists at Harley Street Injectables are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore Harley Street Injectables does not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse or therapist.

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 0345 548 5658. We will need to know that you wish to cancel by 10am 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange with 48 hours notice period will result in the loss of the treatment from your value pack or deposit being redeemed.

  • Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Harley Street Injectables will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

  • Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

  • Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss of the value pack treatment or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

  • To secure an appointment at Harley Street Injectables a deposit is required.

 

CONSULTATION & BOOKING FEES

  • We require a £50* holding deposit to secure an appointment for non-surgical treatment skin consultation, this amount is fully redeemable for treatment on the day. This amount is not refundable.

  • We require a £100* holding deposit to secure an appointment for non-surgical injectable skin consultation, which is fully redeemable for treatment on the day. This amount is not refundable.

  • *Please note that we require a £100 holding deposit for appointments with Mrs Alice Henshaw which is fully redeemable for treatment on the day. This amount is not refundable.

 

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Holding deposit/consultation fee are non-refundable. Should you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy you will lose your deposit.

  • We charge a £100 administration fee if you fail to cancel/reschedule an appointment without providing 48 hours notice. Patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one of the treatments. Please note that if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, as a result, we may have to cancel it and you will be subject to the above cancellation fee. Alternatively, late arrival could result in a reduced consultation and/or treatment time.

  • Harley Street Injectables will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment.

COURSES OF TREATMENTS

  • All pre-paid courses are non-refundable and valid for 6 to 12 months, depending on the course type.

 

YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

  • Complaints are taken very seriously at Harley Street Injectables. In the event that a patient has a complaint, they should speak to one of our Patient Care Specialists at the earliest opportunity who will endeavour to resolve any issue(s). If, however, a patient feels that the issue(s) are not resolved to their complete satisfaction a formal complaint can be lodged and submitted.

  • Formal complaints should be sent via email to management@harleystreetinjectables.com

  • All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and patients will be informed of the outcomes within 20 working days of the written acknowledgement.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Due to Care Quality Commission regulations, we regret we cannot treat persons less than 18 years of age. Please be aware that we will have to turn you away for your appointment if you bring someone under the age of 16 with you. In the event of this, we will have to cancel the appointment and the above cancellation policy will apply.

 

LASER TREATMENTS

  • Please note if you attend your appointment and are unsuitable for treatment due to fake tan, sun beds or sun exposure; we will cancel your appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.

Your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions is indicated by your use of Our Site and services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Our Site immediately and you may be declined our services.

Definitions and Interpretation

  • In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

“Content” means any and all text, images, audio, video,  scripts, code, software, databases,

    5. Any other actions which We deem reasonably appropriate (and lawful).

  • If you are a business user, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
